Poor service at the Blmngtn/Normal store. I was Greeted at the front door on a Sunday afternoon about 1 pm. Maybe 2 other customers in the store. Explained to the girl what I had in mind and was looking for. She waived her hand toward the back and told me to look for the Elk lighting fixture, said the fixtures would have the tag on them. After walking around the store for 45 minutes looking up at the ceiling I had a crick in my neck, had only found 3 Elk lighting fixtures and not one person had asked if they could help me. The place is an over priced maze. Went to Lowe's from there. Had someone ask if I needed help, my lighting fixtures picked out and saved at least $300.all in 30 minutes. Your loss of business KBL.
