This contract agreement will be printed and filled out in the store by the customer and HVAC service manager. If contract not filled out prior to work completion than servicing will be billed as time and material only. C. Advise customer or His/Her representative when equipment shut down is required for other than normal service. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to notify the company of desired dates for maintenance; we recommend scheduling at least four weeks to six weeks in advance. However, we can notify customer if there is an opening.

We have lived here 20 years and the staff at Burleson's Plumbing and Heating has been a life line to us so many times--like today, yet again. We needed a new heat source when oil got so high and they installed our Mitshubishi split system heat pump--it has almost paid for itself in the money we have saved buy not buying oil over the years. ICE REMINDER: If you have a heat pump with an outdoor unit, ice can drop into the outdoor fan and do major damage. To prevent this run your heat pump in emergency heat during this ice storm.
