Best Rate should change their name to Best Service! I called about a busted water heater at 8am, by 1pm there was already a technician there to estimate the job. The quote was very reasonable, and they completed the job by 4pm. They put down drop clothes to protect our floors, and were extremely professional in every aspect of their work. I was informed about the extra work needed to bring everything up to code from the beginning, but was not over sold on anything.
They are a local family run business, the owner was the one who initially responded to my FB comment looking for service. There is good reason everyone in my neighborhood recommended these guys, they are the best!
