We cannot recommend Kelly's and Aaron Straight enough! Because of our travel plans, we had only one day to purchase a refrigerator, oven/ cooktop and hood and a dishwasher for a remodel of our kitchen. Additional challenge was my husband had just gotten out of the hospital for brain surgery, and I had just broken my arm, so we weren't in the best condition for all the choices that has to be made expeditiously!
From the moment we entered Kelly's we were greeted and helped by Aaron and informed of all the ins and out of the appliances we were considering- even to the degree of the best dishwasher for people who eat vegan! He shared his extensive knowledge about our size limitations and the appliances that would work. Everything was bought in a couple hours in Feb to be delivered in June, and it was all done to complete satisfaction. We love our appliances, and are so grateful to Aaron and Kelly's!

Regarding Oldfield's in Eugene: Although I don't understand what the issues were with finding the refrigerator we ordered and there was a delay in delivery, the staff (Joel, Pete and the owner) went above the call of duty to get us the full suite of appliances before our party today! We love our new GE appliances! The black stainless steel is beautiful and blends wonderfully with our granite counter tops! The upgraded fridge with a built-in Keurig is crazy amazing! Thank you so much!
