I called Monday 9/12/16 because of a leak under my pressure tank. An hour before they were suppose to come out, They called to "go over their prices with me". The man I spoke with said a new pressure tank would be $385 plus labor and parts. I explained that I was a Disabled Veteran and couldn't afford that much. He refused to budge on the price despite having "Discounts Available" in their phone book ad. They also have "Jesus Saves" in their ad. Fortunately a friend and I were able to do the job ourselves. I found a new 20 gallon tank with a 5 year warranty at Lowe's for $125. The same sized tank and warranty they were offering for $385. Between the tank, a new pressure switch, and a few other parts I wound up spending just over $170. IMHO This company is a "Rip-Off". While pretending to be "Christians" and offering "Discounts", they gouge customers with outrageous prices. While there's nothing wrong with a 10-20% mark-up on parts, 300% is ridiculous. It was also strange that they would call to go over prices an hour before coming out. It was almost as if they were checking to see how gullible I was before they tried to screw me. My advice is to steer clear of this company.
