Saffer came to my rescue again! Boiler wasn't working and it was so cold in the house. They came on time, were very professional and neat, and most importantly they got my heat back on! Highly recommend.

Best plumber ever! At a time when they were in great demand--so many frozen pipes!--they took the time to try to help me fix my frozen water meter myself. When I tried and couldn't do it, they sent a great team of plumbers who worked persistently for over an hour trying to fix it. They were friendly and nice about it, and clearly felt bad when they apparently couldn't fix the problem. Yet half an hour after they left the water started flowing again. Yay! Thanks Saffer! Super nice and helpful (and they were really nice to my dog, too!).
