I called Rainaldi plumbing to help diagnose a leak in my garden tub. The technician promptly concluded that the tub was cracked. Water had damaged my entire bathroom. The tub and cabinets were ruined. The remodel was a mess, and in spite of a mixup with an estimate, Billy, Adam, and Luis came through for me! Any business can do a great job when all goes well, but Rainaldi and their staff proved they have integrity and high business standards that set them apart from the rest. Thank you Rainaldi!

True life (and home savers) in a moment of crisis (washer started flooding water towards living space) -- Rainaldi demonstrated the care of the best of the best first responders. John Cuffari was able to walk me through step by step what to do, whom to call (Damage Control) and even followed up to make sure everything was okay. Simply the best! Nick Sokolov did a great job at my house, replacing a toilet (including collecting it himself), repairing a tub-shower control, and re-working a tub drain.
