Absolutely love this company! We called on a Wednesday night after 10:30 and Steve was great with helping us get our water heater turned off. He was kind and considerate and even called us back after 11:00 to make sure we were able to stop the water from flowing. We called back the next day and spoke with Kandi. She helped me out so much with getting us scheduled quickly as we were already without water for a full day. Kevin and Matt came out to my house, earlier than expected, and were able to install new piping and the water heater super fast.
They did a spectacular job! They explained each step and made sure I understood everything and was pleased with the result. I highly recommend this company, but especially Kandi, Steve, Kevin, and Matt. They are exemplary representatives of what customer service and hard work should be!

Extraordinary service! Had blockage and needed emergency service at 7pm on a Sunday evening. Running water is a necessity with a baby in the home! I called and Katelyn picked up immediately. She told me a plumber would be calling me within 10-15 mins. Five minutes later, I received a call from their plumber JP, who arrived within 25 mins. He fixed the blockage and was in and out within the hour! JP was excellent. Very friendly, prompt, and answered all my questions. He was even extremely courteous of our sleeping baby too. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family!
