I cannot say enough great things about the owner Bernardo & their work!
We called them for the first time as we woke up to a flooded kitchen & needed someone on an emergency basis. Desperate we turned to google & hoped we weren’t about to be ripped off. Instead Bernardo (the owner) came with another worker & got the job done. They came quickly, priced fairly, and cleaned up after themselves. All while wearing masks before they even knocked on our door.
Since then we called for a service & Bernardo again came the same day (let us know he was on the way, accurate time estimate) and when he got here the problem we had was gone. Instead of charging us for his time or trying to sell us a service we suddenly didn’t need he gave us free maintenance tips on our plumbing.
Honest, fast, reliable, well-priced, clean, fair, kind & just amazing! I can’t recommend this company enough!
At 6pm on a Monday night we had an absolute emergency as all of our toilets and showers started to backup and overflow. I had no idea what to do and googled whichever company was closest to my home. Prayers were answered as I found Cutler Bay Plumbing. My call was answered on the 3rd ring, when most places were closed for the day. They instantly asked questions to narrow down solutions and took my information promising a call from a technician. Less than 5 minutes later I received a call from Bernardo who promised to arrive at my home within the hour. He was early, immediately identified the problem and started working to fix it while giving me solutions on how to prevent the issue in the future. Bernardo was polite, calm, and I could tell right away that he was an expert. Not until he was finished did he reveal he was the owner of the company. I could not believe such service! The owner cared and took the time to come after hours! Please use this company. I will only call them for future needs!
I called Cutler Bay Plumbing regarding issues I needed fixed at my home. We set up an appointment for the following day. The plumber never showed up.
