Eric and Andy came out on time, worked on a serious septic issue and did a great job getting our plumbing system back working. They explained what needed to be done and did it while being courteous. 1st and foremost septic problems are never fun, but yesterday I came home and discovered that my yard smelled terrible and I noticed some bubbling occurring thru all the rain. We had our septic.

Everyone was totally professional and upfront on any additional costs. We thought we just needed our tank pumped but as it turned out our system had corroded in some places preventing regular waste flow. Thankfully they educated us on the system and we are good to go. Highly recommend!
Rooter plus went over and beyond for me. Richie handled some major issues with irrigation pipes being layed directly over my septic tank. He assisted me in resolving problem and explaining what needed to be done. He even assisted me with the irrigation company that laid the pipes over septic tank. I highly recommend them. Richie is spot on with customer service. Highly recommend!
