I Have been trying to visit this store for a few months now but every time I've driven out there they have been closed for other events so today I called before I went and luckily they were open. A lot of people had recommended the store to me so when the salesman was offensive and did not want to help me I was really shocked. My experience there today while trying to buy a shower faucet and coordinating bathtub faucet along with a bathtub guaranteed that I will never buy anything from this store. To start, the sales person did not want to help me at all and then when he did he suggested cheaper products than the one that I had wanted while rushing me. On top of that he told me that he couldn't just help me today and he needed to move on to other customers. I made sure I got there early, I waited my turn for someone to assist me, and then was rushed along as I tried to Decide which products best suited my needs for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Needless to say, park supply lost a sale worth thousands of dollars and any of my future business. I have never been treated with such rude and offensive behavior while trying to Conduct a purchase.

I bought a high end one piece shower tub 7 years ago.it now has cracks all over the tub. When I went there to discuss the warrenty, they told me the company who made the tub has gone out of business and said that they only carried a five year warrenty. Who remodels every 5 years or wants to replace a tub after 5 years?. Strangley enough I am sitting there at the desk discussing this and on the dest is a sign that says, you shouldn't shop on line because you wont get the customer service that comes with shopping local. Well i did not benefit from shopping local or buying high end so my advice is to save the money and shop on line! Not at park supply, they wont back there line.
