Rick came out and took care of two things for me in 35 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing. Outstanding job, quick service, and friendly people = I will definitely use this service again. 5 stars!

Excellent customer service and staff. Will was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and help troubleshoot. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

I had a leaky water meter valve. Communication from the office was very good although the plumber arrived 30 minute later than the time frame provided. That's the only complaint I have. Plumber was pleasant and professional and had all of the parts and tools needed to replace the valve. I would use Merrell again.

I had them come out today 6/27/18 & yesterday 6/26/18 and both days I was super satisfied with their work. I had the pleasure of meeting both Chris and Gary who were both awesome and down to earth to talk with and also knew what they were doing at the same time. I highly recommend Merrell Plumbing for all your plumbing issues. I also plan on contacting them when we are ready to do some kitchen and bathroom renovations. Be sure to check out their website to see all the services that they provide.

My mother had a new sink installed with her kitchen reno. The sink clogged a couple months later and the plumber said the drain was not installed correctly. Ok. Expensive fix but I understand, to not have an issue anymore. 2 months later the same thing happens and now the repair bill is MORE expensive for the same fix that they did last time.

I had a ruptured water main, Ben from Merrill stopped by same day. He gave us the best and worst case scenarios. He was on site the next morning with an excavator. Uncovered the leaking pipe, fixed the pipe, replaced the dirt and didn't disturb the garden right next to the hole. Ben was in and out in less than two hours and half that time was waiting for the city to shut the water off. Highly recommend.

Just had them replace a leaking water heater. The installer (Joe) arrived on schedule and was a courteous and competent professional, No surprises and a great job completed quickly.

The service was excellent. Someone was out the day after the service request. The repairman followed all instructions and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. The cost of the project was 289$ and involved accessing pipes in a finished basement and reroute get them to another side of the house. Clean up was good. The hourly rate about 20 dollars more than competitors, but well worth it for the service received.

Dispose of fruit pits in the garbage and not in the garbage disposal. The fruit pit could damage the garbage disposal.

Even if an item has a label that says it is flushable, it may not be recommended for flushing because it could still cause a toilet clog.
