Rochester Plumbing and Heating was established in 1929 by Earl Hulbert, Bill Garling and George Martin to provide residential and commercial plumbing and heating sales and service. By the early 1950's Earl Hulbert had bought out both of his partners. In 1955 Mr. Hulbert's daughter and son in law, Cecil Ennis, purchased the business, which they managed until 1975 when Gerald Carpenter and David Graybill purchased the business. Mr. Carpenter bought out his partner and ran the business until his death in 1997 - when the management of the business was turned over to his sons Keith and Kim Carpenter.
