Thanks for your quick response this morning when we woke up to no heat in our house. The tech that came and looked at our boiler was very nice and helpful and we were back up and running in no time. It's nice to know there are still good people out there to fix our stuff without feeling like you're getting ripped off. I would definitely recommend your company for anyone in need of heating & AC repairs.
Our air conditioner had been working less and less over the past week, and on Sunday it stopped completely. I started calling around on Monday morning, and Fred's had a technician at our house that afternoon. Neil did a great job! It was an expensive repair, (which wasn't his fault) and he explained every part in detail and answered all of our questions, and didn't pressure us into fixing it (MN summer did!). He really seemed disappointed that he couldn't get it fixed the first day! We will call Fred's from now on with our heating/ cooling problems, and will recommend them to our friends!
