We made a huge mistake in calling Thomas Plumbing. Unprofessional men who provided service and left a huge mess after cleaning out our house to mainline septic. Huge mess. Did not bring proper equipment for the job. Will never use their services again and warn our friends as well.
I had to take time off from work to meet them to have my furnace serviced as part of a block of apartments being serviced on the same day. I made an appointment with them, but after an hour past the appointment time I was told they had finished up early and wouldn't be able to make my appointment. No one bothered to call me or my landlord to let us know so I wouldn't have to leave work. When I called the man who answered acted like I was being unreasonable for being upset.
