Our family business was started by my grandpa, Art Hartmann in 1955. Grandpa started his plumbing career in the 1930's as an apprentice, then a journeyman plumber with Plumbers' Local Union No. 35. In 2002 we decided to discontinue the retail portion of the business, so we could concentrate our efforts on providing exceptional plumbing service to both new and existing customers. My sister Shelly Chambliss joined the company in 1982 and still serves as the office manager, book keeper and paycheck signer.

This gives you, the customer, piece of mind knowing how much the job will cost before thework is performed. If there's a plumbing problem in your home, we'll fix it. There's a long list of things that can go wrong in any home—leaky toilets, water heaters that don't work, clogged pipes, sewer problems, low water pressure. We've seen just about everything and know how to fix it.
