We had a slab leak just as I was going to the airport on a business trip. I had a local plumber confirm that there was a leak but they were unable to fix because they were too busy. Another local plumber doesn’t locate the leak they only fix it. Dependable plumbing does both slab leak detection and repair. David and Don were extremely responsive and did everything they could to get me on their schedule as soon as possible. They explained the whole process to us and did everything in their power to minimize damage to our floors. They work efficiently and cleanly so that my husband and toddler could still stay in our home while they worked. I will be calling them anytime I have a plumbing issue! We had the plumber come out and he said that our tube was not sealed and that was why we thought we had a leak so we paid him his $105 and he left with him not even being at the house for 10 minutes! My husband went and got sealant to seal the tube that was supposedly causing the leak, well no WE STILL HAVE A LEAK! One of the pipes is leaking & we still have no idea how to fix it! 😡 thanks for nothing “dependable” plumbing!
