Barbara, this is not the usual response to a request for a survey. A little less than a year ago Lutz installed an extra height toilet in our guest bathroom. A month or two ago we noticed leaking in our garage and called Lutz to repair the toilet. Their manager, Kevin came out and ultimately discovered the toilet was installed incorrectly by Lutz and had been leaking and damaging the floor and subfloor for months, undiscovered.

Now everyone makes mistakes, it's how we correct those mistakes that separate the merely good companies from the great ones. Lutz immediately sent out a restoration company as well as a contractor to repair our floor and make things right. We didn't have to call them or pressure them to do the repairs, they just did it. This is not an inexpensive project and Lutz certainly lost money making this right but they did make it right without a word of protest.
