Gerald Rich Plumbing was established in 1968 by Gerald A. Rich. The company originally focused on residential and small commercial plumbing projects. In 1973 the company incorporated and became G.A. Rich & Sons, Inc. with Susan Rich as majority stock holder. In 1980 G.A. Rich & Sons performed work on its first water treatment plant. From that day forward the company began to diversify and expand its services to what it is today. G.A. Rich has over 60 valuable employees. One third of our employees have an average of 25 years of employment with us.
G.A. Rich & Sons is your one stop shop for all of your vac truck needs. Our highly trained staff is skilled in daylighting existing utilities, excavation for new utilities and structures, temporary sewer bypassing, filter media removal or other solids removal.

We service a variety of commercial plumbing needs from educational facilities and universities to healthcare facilities, retail facilities and restaurants. Our commercial plumbing division works throughout the State of Illinois. Every plumber on staff has completed a 5 year apprenticeship program and carries a State of Illinois plumbing license. G.A.
