Rough-in plumbing is the process of installing vents, sewers, connections, and water lines under the floor. The Top-Out is everything that is above the floor after the house is completed! We provide these services for both new build construction, and clients that are renovating their homes. Each new home needs fixtures to match the design of the house. A plumbing fixture is any device that is connected to a plumbing system and interacts with the water. Each plumbing feature will be designed for a particular use, and while design can vary, fixtures are generally designed with one function in mind.
