I had water coming in to the basement because there was an issue with my basement sump pump. Everyone I called had a one to two day wait, but I needed immediate help. They sent Jim out within 1 1/2 hours. He explained potential solutions and helped me resolve the issue. From my call to the job completion was less than four hours. I'd call them again with any plumbing problems and recommend them highly.

Kurt came out and fixed a hose bib for us. Was very prompt on the appointment time and a clean in his work, even went the extra mile to check the previous solder points on the pipe and fixed any other issues while at the house. Will have them back out to fix any other future issues, and will be recommending them to all my friends.
