The company manages plumbing jobs of all sizes, including major medical, retail and civic construction projects, throughout Pima County and the state of Arizona. RG & Sons was founded in Southern Arizona over 25 years ago and is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise. The safety of our employees and our worksites is integral to our company values, and to the quality of work we provide to our clients. We strictly abide by the standards and regulations of the Occupational Safety. Our doors have been open for over 25 years, and we have seen it all.

We keep it simple; we don't offer fancy gimmicks, just professionalism and cutting-edge performance that delivers a solid job every time. Do what you say you are going to do. The relationship with customers is paramount. We have a "can do" attitude. We will get the job done even if there are elements not on the plans or delays that are not our fault - we do what it takes to complete the job. We are unique in the plumbing industry because we believe you should stick to what you're good at. We are good at plumbing, and we have kept it simple and stuck to what we know for 25 years.

Our doors have been open for over 25 years, and we have seen it all. We know how to troubleshoot projects of all sizes, working closely with both the general contractor and the client to execute a superior project - on time and on budget. Our business is only as good as the quality we deliver, so we are committed to going the extra mile to produce a product that meets client specifications, even if it isn't "on the plans." Over the last two decades, we have seen that long-term success comes down to one thing: Doing what you say you are going to do.

RG & Sons Plumbing is proud to play a role in the changing profile of Southern Arizona's commercial architecture, and as seventh-generation Tucsonans, the Garcias are deeply committed to their community. RG & Sons places a high priority on bettering the Southern Arizona community through charitable donations of time and financial resources. Members of our team are encouraged to volunteer their time for community building projects, and RG & Sons donates plumbing materials for initiatives like the Arizona Builder's Alliance Volunteer Day.

Necie provides support to all members of our staff and has been a member of the RG & Sons team since 2000. She is responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly, from ordering project materials to managing submittals, MSDS, and Operations & Maintenance Manuals for all projects. Necie is a skillful logistics manager, keeping everyone on task and ensuring that everything is on schedule. She is an expert at finding alternative solutions to problems and moving things forward. Necie enjoys interacting with the plumbers and always knows what is going on at the job site.

Walt has nearly thirty years of experience in the commercial construction industry, and has been managing and estimating projects for the last twenty years. He joined RG & Sons in 2007 and is responsible for estimating projects that range from the budgetary stage to hard bid. Walt also manages the projects that have been awarded, providing personal oversight from start to finish. In addition to critical organization skills, Walt is aggressive in working with general contractors to match budgets with client expectations.

Thirty-six years ago, Rudy was a young man with a wife and son, and a family friend helped him find work as a pipefitter's assistant. Rudy completed trade school and, after a time, began to do plumbing jobs on the side. That was over 25 years ago, and since that time, RG & Sons has taken on commercial projects of all sizes and is now an award-winning Southern Arizona plumbing subcontractor. As president and owner of RG & Sons, Rudy provides high-level oversight of projects, working with general contractors, owners, architects and mechanical engineers.

We strive to be excellent partners to our clients and contractors. Part of that involves offering our expertise during the initial project conceptualization and design. The pre-construction consultation, typically offered free of charge, allows the project owner, architect, engineer, and general contractor to learn valuable information about the plumbing system for their chosen design.

RG & Sons too the rescue! Had out hot water tank go out on us. The home warranty guy said it would be another 10 to 15 days before they could get.
