A-Better Plumbing replaced our tankless water heater for us last week, and they were wonderful to work with! They were patient with our multiple questions prior to approving the work to be done, even going above and beyond to the tank distributor to ensure that the information we were given was accurate and current to answer our questions. They showed up when they promised, and even asked to stop by two days prior to doing the work to double check that everything had been reviewed and that they had everything they needed for the job. Top notch customer service and professional staff--will definitely use again!
