Very pleased with responsiveness and professional expertise and friendliness. About 2 weeks later my new Delta single handle faucet started leaking at the handle. I called Precision and they sent out a plumber to my home. He said it was a defective cartridge in the faucet and would need to order part from Delta. I asked him if he would make the call to Delta about the lifetime warranty. He said he would. He also called Home Depot and managed to go to their store to return the defective faucet for me by using my purchase receipt and got new faucet. He returned from store and installed the new faucet and tested to see there were no leaks. All work was covered by Delta warranty, but the Precision plumber exceeded expectations by calling Delta, going to Home Depot to exchange the defective faucet for a new, and installing new faucet as quickly as possible. I am extremely happy and satisfied I chose the very best plumbing company to fix my leaking faucet and when discovered the faucet I bought they installed was defective they handled all aspects of reinstall with a replacement ..... very professional and very friendly quality workmanship.

We contacted Precision Air & Plumbing due to a complete unit failure in June. They responded quickly. The manager was understanding and professional sending Dylan to our home in an hour. We obtained a top quality unit with an amazing warranty, at a competitive cost. The installation took the next day to order and the following day to install. Wonderful AZ native Company!

I actually had a great experience with this company. A tech was able to come out quickly and fix my kitchen sink. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the fix I need as well as the fix he recommends. I ended up going with what he recommended & we are happy that we did. He was very professional and polite! He was even respectful and wore booties on his boots since we don't wear shoes in our home. I will 100% be using this company again AND requesting Gilbert as our tech.!
Our a/c went out and Precision Air got Matt Z. out to us in just 90 minutes. Needed a new blower motor and needed a little bit to get money together. Also ended up needing a new thermostat. When we said we could have the repair done, he was back to us in just over an hour. Impeccable service, fun guy, went above and beyond to get us back up and running. It may have been an all day affair, but we're nice and cool again. Can't say enough how great he and the customer service woman were today. Thank you for being so fast, professional, friendly and hard working!
