Appt. was for between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m., they arrived at 3:20 and did a very thorough job! They never make me wait. Technician explained everything he was doing, what he found and what he fixed I would recommend to everyone to purchase the yearly maintenance package. I am one very happy customer!
