We had a bad smell in our house for months. We looked under the house for dead animals. None. We called PG&E. No gas leaks. We looked for sewer leaks under the house (twice). I reseated the toilet (twice). We could not figure out where the smell was coming from. Jorge and Josh showed up and found the problem in an hour. It was a cracked iron sewer pipe in the wall. They opened the wall and replaced the cracked pipe with one of ABS. We are now odor free at last thanks to the professional work of Jorge and Josh.

Asked for simple quote to install whole house water filtration tank on exterior of house right above main water supply. Less than one hour of work. The quote was $887! Who do you think you are Duncan plumbing? The " service tech" knocked on door and without saying hello or introducing himself by name or company he just said " do you have the item you want installed? Never said his name or smiled.
My wife called and complained because she felt extremely uncomfortable. Quoting that kind of cost for less than one hour of labor and less than 3 feet of new piping is criminal. Shame on you Duncan plumbing for trying to take advantage of what you must've seen as a wealthy family even though we're broke and we spent all our money trying to fix our house. Don't be fooled by their good ratings. They don't care about the small guy. very clearly don't have time for the little job.
