I was impressed with Carl and how professional he was when he came out to give me an estimate on my furnace. He also checked out my water heater which needs to be replaced, at the same time. I am going with Bellows plumbing and heating for both a new furnace and water heater. They are fair and honest and there were a couple of times where he had to call the office for questions and put me on speaker.
I was impressed with the way the owner and woman in office communicated with Carl. It's no wonder that they have been in business for so long, they are a family owned business that is fair and honest. Very pleased with the way they worked with me.
