UA Local 343 Plumbers and Steamfitters were chartered in 1906. For over 100 years we've been protecting the health of our nation through Plumbing and Pipefitting and Service work. The past 100 years have been a testament to UA Local 343's commitment, perseverance and loyalty to its members, and to the community of Solano and Napa Counties. Our contractors employ the members of local 343 in many construction industries. We work in the Heavy Industrial, Commercial and Residential Sectors. Our members are required to graduate from the UA Internationals certified and accredited Joint Apprenticeship Training Program which produces the best Journeymen in the industry.
