Just got off the phone, hanging up in anger, after being unable to bear talking with the very rude and obnoxious "gentleman" on the other end about a hot water heater.

I live in the Foster Powell neighborhood and so this place is my go to when I need plumbing supplies. Usually the service is good but today I had a lady being extremely unpleasant. As a woman myself, I tend to be looked down on when going to plumbing stores. When being treated with disdain by another woman, it is a pill hard to swallow. I came for a replacement piece, and the person at the counter was borderline rude, not trying to give me much explanations. When she told me they didn't have the piece I needed and I said I wouldn't buy anything then, she just walked away, without any type of end of conversation greetings.
