Had an evening plumbing emergency that required me to turn off the water to the house. I called the big company in town first, and they couldn't come out until the next day. Spending a night with no running water (unplanned) and five adults in the house? - absolutely not. Called these guys up and they were at my house in 1.5 hours to save the day. They had all of the parts in their truck and were super fast. Price totally reasonable (like, very reasonable) considering it was after business hours and they fixed the problem so quickly. Business owner was extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
When you're having an emergency, it makes all of the difference in the world to be able to call a company and talk to an actual person (the big companies have phone menus, phone reps to go through - imagine trying to figure out a phone menu while your house is flooding). 10/10 recommend. I'm beyond grateful.

A little spendy, but what plumber isn't? They did a great job. My house was a flip and had some awful plumbing under the sink. They fixed it within a couple of hours and haven't had a single issue since. Would certainly call again.

We had to reconstruct the water feed and drainage plumbing for our new kitchen sink, which also involved replacing stuck water valves and leaking lines connected to the dishwasher. Luther arrived promptly and got to work right away. He is highly experienced, entertaining, and completed the task efficiently, doing an excellent job.

It's Murphy's Law that something will go wrong right before the holidays when you're expecting dinner guests. We experienced a series of issues the Monday before Thanksgiving, including a broken dryer, an ant infestation, a water flow problem, and a leak at our kitchen sink.
We were fortunate that Best Price responded to our call. They arrived less than 24 hours after we contacted them and provided upfront information about the visit cost. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they also addressed another problem they discovered while fixing the sink.
We have added their number to our contacts, so if we have another project or issue, we will definitely call Best Price. They are responsive, reasonably priced, honest, and competent, which is everything you look for in a contractor.

These individuals saved us on Sunday. No other establishment was open, so we contacted Best Price, and they arrived in under 4 hours. We were experiencing a flood of unpleasant water entering through the floor and bathroom. They identified the issue, provided a solution, and then put us in touch with a restoration company to dry out our crawl space and fix our drywall.
TJ and his team are great, and we will certainly use their services again.

I returned home only to see a flooded bathroom from the toilet. After phone consulting with a plumber, I was referred to best price for drain clean out to stop further sewage from backing into the house.
I called and explained the situation to the secretary who kept great communication with me through the day. Luther and another were able to make it out the same day during the time window provided and called me ~30min before arrival to confirm I was at home. It took them all of 20-30min and then the drain was clear, toilet no longer flooded and I was able to use water in the house again.
They were extremely friendly and thorough in their explanation. Awesome results and friendly peoples. I'd call them again if I needed plumbing assistance.
