Del Rey's story began over 50 years ago as a local supply store serving the needs of the Monterey Peninsula. In 2001, Ed and Diane DeBerry were presented with the rare opportunity to buy this longtime fixture in the community. With 15 years experience in the plumbing industry both in sales and owning his own agency, Ed had a vision to transform the store into a high-end decorative plumbing showroom. Seeing a need in the community for the type of products they had in mind, Ed and Diane set out to turn their dream into a reality.
