I needed my water heater replaced a few weeks ago. They were able to come out the same day and did a good job. I had paid to have them haul away my old tank. However, to my dismay this past weekend I happened to look over the hill at the bottom of my driveway, and my old tank was laying there. I immediately called the owner and told him what I found. He insisted this has never happened before and was confident that the tank was not mine. He had someone come out within a half hour. The two guys pulled the tank up and low and behold it WAS my tank. They did haul it away this time. I never received an apology call from the owner or some type of refund - at least the extra money I paid to have it originally hauled away. I never had a problem with the company before. I probably will not call Mr. Waterheater again based on this experience.
I called at 6:30 am. they were on top of my situation. They were at my house and the water heater replaced by 9:30 am. I am so grateful that the showed on such short notice. the price was half the price of other places and the technicians were so friendly. shout out to Matt and Josh!
Called today for an appointment on Wednesday. They called back in half an hour because they had a lot of appointments scheduled for the week, and asked if could come the same day. We were one and agreed, and they were here within a half hour. The guys were extremely friendly, kind, and the service is fantastic. I would recommend to everyone I know. The prices are great, and are posted online, unlike every other place we were looking into. I recommend any day of the week!
