Jphn, the technician, came to our home and quickly identified the problem. He gave us half off on our preliminary inspection. He went underneath our house and checked all water sources for leaks. The next day, John and Bif John, his supervisor, came to make sure they could do the job. The supervisor decided they could. There was no charge for the second visit. They will be back after the New Year to fix the problem. We have a water leak in the wall of one of our bathroom. The job will take about four hours and will cost about $700.00. We will also get a 25% discount because we are Senior Citizens. They have a plan where those who are not Seniors can get 25% off too! Little John and Big John are quite a pair -- humorous but efficient. We enjoy working with them.
We have used The Plumbing Doctor/Yuba City twice now and just purchased a Customer Care Plan with them. The technician that came to snake a sink drain for us the first time (Rod) was so great that we requested him to come again for a clogged toilet. We called one afternoon and Rod was here the next morning. We were expecting to have to wait a few days, but he was here, even earlier than the 2-hour window that we were given. Rod explained everything that he did and gave some great maintenance tips, too. We are happy with the service that we've received and glad to know that, when we need plumbing work, we don't need to worry about who to call!
