Ron and I wanted to thank you so much for your trust in our company and wanted you to know a little more about us! We started Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) back in 2007 when the recession hit. The company Ron was working for at the time went out of business, and I was running a daycare center out of our home. Shortly after we began our full-service plumbing and drain cleaning service provider, I started working on the back end of the business when I had some free time. I started using OPT about a year ago and they just keep exceeding my expectations. I had a problem with my toilet-- the flush mechanism came unhooked-- and they came and fixed it free of charge because they had installed it some time ago. Olympic Plumbing Technology re-piped our house. Garett and Kevin were professional, extremely knowledgeable and nice. When something unexpected came up I felt the additional cost was reasonable and didn't feel like I was being sold. We returned home from vacation late last night and quickly discovered after starting the shower that the drain wasn't doing its job.
