so far, not so good. Had an initial meeting that went well, got an estimate, and made an appointment to have the work done. Waited two weeks. plumber showed up 6 hours late, didn't do anything except make a huge fuss. didn't seem to know what we'd agreed on in the first place, and said he'd come back on another day to do some of the work. Ugh!
