Their customer service is very bad on the phone. They are very short and I told them about how we refer them to their company and they did not seem to care. The fencing is good quality and we have had the fencing for four years but their customer service on the phone leaves much to be desired. I will most likely order one more gate from them and never contact them again. Sorry get better at customer service on the phone and I will start referring again.
Read contract they can break anything and not fix it. The neighbor agreed to move it as they put it on our property. Then lied about moving the end that really mattered. Getting a surveyor out if it's on our property it's our fence we can tear it down if we want! Certainly going to paint it as we agreed to the style and color for the neighbor who didn't care that they broke our pipes he just worried about his own
