I have no experience with at home stuff, and my kitchen sink failed me. I went online for thirty minutes looking for DIY videos, but laziness overcame me. Therefore, I slothfully stayed in bed, and found this glorious company. I am still proud of the fact it only took a couple of clicks and a phone call. They handled everything smoothly, so props to them.
Really disappointing. Paid them $300 in September to try to fix a toilet that was running and a dishwasher that was clogged. They could not fix any of our problems at the time. They supposedly ordered parts for the running toilet, said it would take a week. It has since been 14 weeks. We have left several voice mails - no calls back. The couple of times we've been able to get someone to actually answer the phone, they said they ordered the parts would check on the status and call us back, but no such call has ever taken place. We have used Rudy's for years, on several projects, and always thought they did a great job. This time, they came out within two days on the initial call - but not receiving a return call after 14 weeks is unacceptable! We have never been treated so poorly by a service provider. Shopping for a new plumber now.
