I want to give a huge shout-out to the New River crew working in my Grove City, Ohio, neighborhood this week. Their communication has been great whenever an outage is anticipated. In addition, the foreman went out of his way to talk to me personally about outage impacts once he found out I work from home, and even rearranged one day's work to put an extended outage in the morning (I start working around noon). I have never had a company of this type create such a favorable impression. Please give these gentlemen the recognition and appreciation they deserve.
