He was very polite and wanted me to understand the repair and the charge for the work. The office also called to explain everything to me. He got all of the duct work done very quickly and cleaned everything even took my throw rugs out and shook them. The men that came here to fix my electric were so nice, came in and quickly did the job so I was not inconvenienced long.
