Impulse, Inc. self performs the electrical, mechanical and millwright services portions of its contracts. We perform most of our jobs in house and work closely with architects and engineers on design build and design bid build projects. Our pre-construction services include evaluating the constructability of the project, reviewing the project for potential value added engineering options as well as cost estimating and scheduling prior to the execution of a contract.

One benefit of design build is the ability to accelerate a project. Impulse, Inc. works in unison with the architects and engineers. Our existing relationships with engineering firms and architects help provide the best possible construction team based upon your needs. Impulse, Inc. working in unity with the architects and engineers promotes the reduction of time between design conception and the time the owner is ready to move-in. Our project management team will coordinate all phases of the project through the entire process of the project to ensure that the owner is completely satisfied.
