The Lake County Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) is committed to providing an educated, well-trained workforce through the cooperation of both labor and management. Our goal is to help workers develop the skills, knowledge, and ability needed to retain highly paid jobs in the electrical construction industry.
