Once it is determined a solar project is indeed viable, the process is then focused on developing a custom, innovative, turn-key solar energy solution for each client, no "cookie cutter" approach is used. The result of following the process is a successful solar installation which meets the goals of the client.

The employees at Eagle Point Solar are the foundation for the success and growth of the organization. Our staff is made up of over 75 full-time, not contract employees, including office administration, sales & marketing professionals, system designers & energy analysts, project managers, master electricians, journeymen and skilled construction solar installers. Jim has over 25 years of executive sales and operations management experience. In addition to his responsibility for day-to-day operations, he is focused on developing strategic business relationships to fuel Eagle Point Solar's continued growth.
