What a great company !!! From the Lady taking the phone calls and setting up job start dates to Jordon up on a ladder outside on a 90° day working in the sun. And Rob was awesome with all my questions the two days they where here. And Randy the man behind it all was great to work with. THEY ALL WENT ABOVE & BEYOND what I thought would be done in all the upgrades to the wiring in a basement that had 2 or 3 different upgrades before. I will always recommend they crew & call them the rest of my days in Janesville

Scheduled appointment with these guys in Beloit, was never told I would be charged for drive time. I was charged a service fee and per hour drive time at $95/hr. Called to ask about why my bill was larger than expected and was told they would get back to me, they never did, I had to call multiple times to get an answer.
Definitely would not recommend.

This was the first time we have used an electrician. The electrician showed up on time and got right to work. He was fast and informative as he went about his work. Everything was cleaned up well and he was finished in a timely fashion. We will use Richter Electrical again.
