This place has the worst customer service EVER! Our laser, our lifeblood, has been down for two weeks and this company doesn't seem to care. We have had techs out twice with no results. We were told that a tech would be here first thing in the morning. Here it is 1p and no one has shown up. After we called. we called, they did not call us, we were told that our tech was finishing another job and would be out to us after that. No sense of urgency! No care for the emergency status! Anyone who knows how to service chillers and cares about customer service ought to make a killing in opposition of this TERRIBLE company!
