Ordered my parts on 1-25 and got a email saying they shipped the parts 1-30 and still haven't heard crap what a sorry company advertise parts but they don't have them so they order them then send out bunch of crap I will never buy from them or suggest anybody to buy from the damn place!

All the poor reviews are completely accurate! I made on online purchase on October 20, 2017 for a couple of parts totaling roughly $38. I receive an email 11 days later (11!) that the parts I had ordered have gone up in price and they need additional payment. Seriously? They never acknowledged that they had made a mistake, never made an attempt to fix it, and demanded additional funds before they would proceed. When I questioned them honoring the price that they had listed, on their website, the day I made the order, they cancelled my order with no explanation. This isn't like an item in a store was misplaced on the wrong shelf. This was on their website. Also, I have to speculate when those "price changes" occured?! Did they change during the 11 days that I hadn't heard anything, after I made the order? This is horrible business/ customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest others do the same.
