Originally from Missoula, Fred completed his education in engineering at Cal State - Fullerton in 1983 and began his career in construction management with a modular industrial contractor in the Southern California market. After being owner/partner in a material handling and general contracting firm from 1988 to 1993, Fred returned to Missoula to start Carl Construction. Born, raised and living in Stevensville, Montana, Lou joined Carl Construction in 2002, after serving for 16 years in contractor sales with one of Missoula's premier general contractor supply companies.
