I have been waiting a month for them to hook up my service. Can't say much about the service yet but at thos point I am not happy. I have a child.
I payed for top tier and they can at best produce 256k on average.when i down graded to the 4m they charged me $16. they cant seem to fix anything.
Horrible service and don't give any discounts to customers when they don't have service, but sure do take everyone's payment! What happened to.
