With all of the attention that renewable energy sources receive in the media, you may be tempted to look into supplementing power use. If you are considering any type of generation source, whether it's gas-powered, wind, solar or biomass, it is necessary that you contact the Cooperative to determine the maximum permitted size for the DG facility prior to purchase to avoid refusal of interconnection. Our staff can help evaluate each situation and make sure members make educated choices.
