They hired my husband to drive to cities across the state to do their jobs. Typical service work, right? Then he comes to find out they've cut 10 of his normal hours and 25 of his OT hours off one check, and shaved another one. He only received two check from them in the short time of working. Both were shaved. We have now gone into debt so we could afford rent and bills, and it is because they are refusing to pay him what he is owed. So now, they're being reported to the labor board and should be expecting something in the mail to their lawyers shortly, as refusing to pay for work is illegal, and refusing to pay drive time breaks several labor laws.
