This project is a ground up build of 70 rooms with kitchens and a student service center.

Preconstruction services include cost control, estimation, life cycle cost analysis, site evaluation, feasibility studies, constructability reviews, and other services that help us ensure that the project will be completed on time and within budget. More importantly, preconstruction allows us to provide informed advice to contractors and owners before construction starts.
